Work with local and state official to conduct friendly wellness check on Veterans

Work on a referral base from the community to check on Veterans in the community.

Provide them with an intro package, Educational & Resource pamphlets with a $50 gas card and $100 grocery card.

Assess if they have other concerns and refer resources for them.
